    1. Participants will have the electronic version of the programme book and the proceedings. Electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
    2. Each paper presentation requires at least one registration under Category A.
    3. Student authors who wish to present their papers in the “Student Presentation Session” is required to register at Student Presenter Rate.
    4. Registration by email, fax or mail should be sent with duly Registration Form, a copy of student identity card, and a cheque or bank draft (if applicable) to:

Group Discount​

Eight or more delegates from the same institution registering for the conference of ICOIE 2021 at the same time will be entitled to a 20% discount on the registration fee. To be entitled for this discount, use the following form for registration

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made. A substitution can be made with written permission from the original registrant and approval by the Organising Committee at least two weeks before the conference.

Information collected in the registration process will be used for the administration of this conference. For details about data protection, please refer to the OUHK’s personal data protection policy.
